This board edger is designed for enhanced efficiency and precision, allowing operators to pre-select the next board while the current one is being processed. The machine automatically adjusts to the required board size once the previous board exits the saw blades.

Key Features:

• Automated Adjustment: Automatically sets the machine to the required board size as soon as the previous board has left the saw blades.
• Electric Width Adjustment: Features electrical interlocking for width adjustment, which can be aligned with fixed and movable laser lights for precise cutting.
• Electro-Hydraulic Controls: Includes a remote-controlled electro-hydraulic system for roller lifting and a hydraulic power pack with a cylinder for width adjustment.
• Geared Motor Drive: Equipped with a geared motor for reliable roller drive and a standard feed speed of 100 m/min.
• Safety Interlocks:
  • Anti-Kickback Finger Lock: Prevents the anti-kickback fingers from being lifted while the machine is operating.
  • Door Lock: Ensures the door cannot be opened while the machine is in use.
